Obviously the number could vary drastically depending on your chosen programs, and product selection so I am going to set up a factious Realtor coaching program somewhat similar to a coaching business I owned to show you how it might break down. Before I get started let's lay out the situation.
The assumptions:
1. Time dedicated to Coaching business will be assumed part-time (20 hours or less/week)
2. You are currently earning more than the average Realtor with your level of experience and/or hours worked per week.
3. You want to create an additional significant flow of income.
4. You are willing to invest the time to build systems that will begin to pay off a few months down the road.
5. You are committed to creating systems so that the company can grow to a substantial size without monopolizing all of your time
Here is an achievable SAMPLE of a ½ million-dollar Realtor coaching structure, roughly $42k per month, that could be slowly developed part time over the course of several years.

The beauty of a program like this is that the overhead is miniscule and there is no need to keep massive amounts of inventory the company has the ability to adapt to changes in the market quickly.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not promising or insinuating that anyone who starts a coaching company will earn this much money.
I am only giving you an example of how a dedicated person could structure a coaching company to earn large sums of income over the long term without having to have a large staff or dedicate every waking hour to your work.So what is the number of clients you need to earn ½ million coaching Realtors? In this case if you assume that each client is unique, and only purchases one product or is only a member of one program in any given year (worst case scenario) then you would need #1,544 clients each year to reach the goal of $514,464.
